Communicating Change
This highly interactive online training focusses on deepening knowledge, skills and insight around change communication - helping participants attain a more profound understanding and advanced skill-set for effective practice.
The course will also help attendees use coaching principles to influence senior leaders and specific negotiation skills to support and drive change.

Becoming a Trusted Business Partner
This course will help internal comms professionals learn how to become effective business partners and trusted advisors to the senior leaders they support in their business.
Delivered over two live sessions, the course will include roleplays, group discussions and a range of other interactive elements, allowing delegates to support and learn from one another between workshops.

EDI for Internal Communicators
This one-day virtual learning programme will explore equity, diversity and inclusion (EDI) in an ever-changing world of work and will delve into the role of communication and engagement professionals in fostering inclusive and innovative workplace cultures.
During the course you will look at the business case for EDI - including around innovation and growth - and receive expert guidance on how to communicate this internally.
You will also explore inclusive actions for internal communicators - including how to build empathy around EDI amongst employees and using inclusive language to create a culture of respect.
The course will provide practical tools and techniques to help you drive and support the EDI agenda in your organisation, equipping you with a meaningful action plan you can implement straight away.

Channel Management for Internal Communication
This course is designed to help attendees make the most of their internal communication channels - enabling the delivery of meaningful and compelling communication, the cultivation of positive employee experiences, and facilitating effective multi-directional communication.
The programme is split over two half-day sessions with a practical task to complete in between to support the application of learning and offer the opportunity for feedback.

The session will also ensure you are able to measure and evaluate the success of your communications, using these insights to progress and demonstrate impact.

It aims to build your confidence using data, particularly when giving strategic advice and influencing stakeholders.
