Communicating Change
This course has been designed with anyone in mind who has responsibility for managing or supporting internal communication and employee engagement around a change programme - no matter if they are facing a team, departmental or organisational change initiative.

Advanced Change Communication
This highly interactive training focusses on deepening knowledge, skills and insight around change communication - helping participants attain a more profound understanding and advanced skill-set for effective practice.
The course will also help attendees take a further step in their own development, including how to use coaching principles to influence senior leaders and specific negotiation skills to support and drive change.

The course will provide guidance on best practice surveys and polls and research techniques to support your measurement, and how to create compelling dashboards to share outcomes and insights with stakeholders. It aims to build your confidence using data, particularly when giving strategic advice and influencing stakeholders.
