The sessions will include roleplays, group discussions and a range of other interactive elements, allowing delegates the opportunity to support and learn from one another in between workshops.
By the end of the course, delegates will:

This highly interactive training focusses on deepening knowledge, skills and insight around change communication - helping participants attain a more profound understanding and advanced skill-set for effective practice.
The course will also help attendees take a further step in their own development, including how to use coaching principles to influence senior leaders and specific negotiation skills to support and drive change.
