My client is looking for an experienced professional who is strong at creative writing and creating impactful campaigns. They will be responsible for creating a wide range of materials, gathering stories and updates from colleagues, and supporting teams to create effective communication for use across multiple channels.
This covers internal and member communications focussed on delivering excellent customer experience to members, licensees, and stakeholders.
Key responsibilities:

Lead the creation and distribution of key member communications, ensuring content is relevant and focused on improving the member experience.

Plan and coordinate internal campaigns and initiatives, including leadership updates, wellbeing activity, and people programmes.

Manage the delivery of internal communications across channels including email, intranet, Teams and live events.

Own the internal communications plan and calendar and ensure messaging consistency across internal and external channels.

Measure the effectiveness of both member and internal communications activities.
Key skills and experience:
-
Experience in a people-focused, membership or values-led organisation.

Strong planning and prioritisation skills, with experience managing a communications calendar, multiple stakeholders and competing deadlines.

Hands-on and delivery-focused.

Excellent writing skills.
Events Manager

Have you strong project management skills and enjoy delivering in-person events with multiple stakeholders?
We are working on a great role with a trade association committed to promoting a key ingredient that underpins UK food security, food safety, and a thriving food industry.
You will be part of a close-knit team working with multiple stakeholders. Key requirements include the ability to work strategically and operationally, excellent written and visual communication skills, detail orientated and able to travel throughout the UK.

Senior Communications Manager (currently interviewing)

We're looking for an excellent change communications manager for a six-month agency contract supporting large, complex central government programmes. Working alongside the Programme Director, Programme Lead and PMO, you will provide senior communications (internal and external) leadership and coordination across the programme.
Managing and coaching the existing comms team, you'll need to be highly collaborative, have a very strong record of change communications, and have worked across a complex government project.
Legal, justice or police experience would be useful, but it's more important that you understand a highly regulated environment. Whilst this role requires high strategic input, you'll also be expected to draft, edit and problem-solve when required. You'll need to be calm, empathetic and assertive.
This an inside IR-35 day rate position on a six-month contract. You'll need to be available within two weeks and be happy to work two or three days each week in London. Active security clearance is preferred but not essential.​
