The External Communications Executive (a role which would be called ‘manager’ in most organisations) is responsible for generating and responding to news, creating content for the media – both traditional and social media – and managing the PR and digital agencies. To succeed in this role you will have a genuine interest in current affairs and a keen eye for a story. You will have proven experience of working in a press office, or handling media relations for clients within an agency setting, and will be a strong writer of both long and short form content.
