Comms Leaders is a small, specialist recruitment consultancy, sourcing talent for corporate communications, internal communications and employee engagement roles at manager and director level.

We are three partners who have all worked as communications professionals before moving into recruitment, so we have been in your shoes. We know how frustrating job searching can be. We want to take some of your pain away, by being an advisor, sounding board and ultimately introducing you to your dream job.

We work with candidates from manager to director level, as well as interim consultants looking for challenging contracts and freelancers who want to supplement a portfolio of work with a new assignment.

Our clients range from FTSE 100 companies through to charities and communications consultancies. We work directly with hiring managers and decision makers, taking the communications brief straight from the source.

We do not work with faceless organisations, who process applications from multiple recruitment agencies using online recruitment portals, as in our experience that is seldom results in a satisfactory or personal experience for anyone involved.
