Inevitably recruitment continued to form part of the offering and in 2015, along with his former colleagues Vicki and Rebecca, he launched Comms Leaders as a specialist corporate communications recruitment business, which runs in parallel with The Academy.Rebecca has over 14 years' internal communications recruitment experience – working with organisations large and small across all sectors.
