A typical programme would be structured to provide tailored support: to help individuals define and articulate their unique offering (USP); define their career plan; help to differentiate themselves from other candidates and ensure they succeed in their search for their next role.

Each programme can include a range of evaluation tools including a 360 feedback tool, personality profiling (using emotional intelligence evaluation tool EQi 2.0*) or others as appropriate.
